Job Description: The selected candidate would be responsible for: Developing, writing and editing content for technical documentation, supporting materials, technical procedures and user manuals When creating, updating and enhancing the documentation, adherence to format, content and style guidelines must be observed ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality. Collaborating with product management, development team,quality assurance team, and support personnel to produce product documentation based on established deadlines and milestones Gaining working knowledge of product functionalities developed in the company Developing proficiency in the company's internal processes and department guidelines Ensuring compliance with different information security policies and controls which are currently in practice in the organization Reading relevant information security policies to make sure implementation of information security policies Ensuring that the information/data of our clients and their customers is maintained according to the Information Security Standard, by applying adequate and appropriate information security controls   Skills Required:   This position requires highly motivated individuals that are able to grasp complex software and learn quickly. - Proven technical writing and editing skills - Strong command on the English Language - Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills - Ability to meet aggressive deadlines - Good interpersonal & communication skills - Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications Education and Work Experience - Bachelors Degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism, or Communication - Experience, degree or knowledge of Computer Science would be preferred - 0 to 6 months experience in technical writing or editing. - Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of technical writing - Experience with a variety of writing styles technical, creative, and marketing * Sample work will be requested at interview.
