Job Description

• Lead and support the team to achieve assigned sales targets
• Oversee & support the team to ensure retention of clients & achieve assigned revenue targets
• Liaise with Sales team and support collection teams to ensure timely payments from each client
• Coordinate among different teams for smooth functioning of tasks between various departments to ensure better services to clients
• Strategize, plan and lead the team to achieve defined goals
• Assist senior management to identify new products & identify new revenue streams
