The ideal candidate should Hold a Masters degree in Computer Sciences Have 3-8 years of relevant work experience in software engineering, development & designing Job Description Design, develop, configure, maintain and support different enterprise Applications for IT department. Coordinate with different business teams to resolve technical issues Identify and implement business processes in different Applications according to Industry Best Practices Analyze and document end-users requirements Implement change requests and perform troubleshooting Conduct acceptance testing and end-user training Participate in business application implementations Manage all applications and their Business Functions Essential Skills Should be well versed in the following technologies: Have working knowledge about Ultimus for business process management Have working knowledge about EDMS for electronic document management system Have working knowledge about Share Point for forms, surveys, websites, workflow, repositories development. Be adept at Microsoft Technologies Have working knowledge about Dot net development Be able to work independently and as part of a team Be task oriented with focus on deliverables Able to Innovative with an analytical mindset Should be capable of meeting deadlines while ensuring quality Should be able to handle heavy work load effectively and efficiently Be able to work under pressure in a challenging environment Have the ability to travel frequently and over extended periods Have fluency in English language
