Accountant

Job Description:

We need a part time experienced accountant – 20 hours a week only. Either working 3 hours a day from 7 PM to 10 PM or working 3 days a week.

Skills Required:

Must be an expert in Quickbooks in the following areas o Generating customer invoices o Entering Bills and expenses in the ledger o Setting up chart of accounts o Entering checks and other general ledger entries o Generating monthly. Quarterly and yearly P&L statements o Generating and maintaining balance sheet o Balancing check book on monthly basis o Balancing credit card statements This person will handle both eServMD and Metro Realty accounts Must be able to understand U.S. federal tax rules and guidelines Must be able to maintain all accounts activity in Quickbooks and be able to generate reports as needed
