- To formulate the overall HR strategy and HR policies/procedures for the organization covering manpower planning and requisition, recruitment and inductions, performance management, promotions, compensation, training and development and motivation of employees, etc. - HR related matters; the other regions will be advised to work in close coordination with the HR Manager. All paperwork and approvals related to HR matters (e.g. Employee requisition form, employee application form, interview assessment form, offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters etc.) shall be controlled by the central office. - To be involved in dealing with associated vendors such as insurance company, training companies etc. - To be able of getting to the right targeted audience for new hiring and explore more mediums of attracting the best fit candidates for the particular position and maintain the CV data bank with respect to position and department. - To ensure the smooth and efficient process planning of HR process such as recruitment & selection, orientation and induction, grievance handling, compensation and benefits, training and development, exit interviews etc. - To be involved in HR activities such as implementing HR policies and appraisals , maintaining personal files and leave management; - To consolidate the manpower requirements of various departments in consultation with the department heads, compile the manpower budget as part of the annual budgeting exercise, and present for approval of the board - To review salary scales and structure and conduct salary surveys, to ensure internal equity between positions as well as maintain competitiveness with external job requirement. - To coordinate with departmental heads in identifying training needs in the organization, and engage in development and execution of training programs. - To devise policies and plans for induction and orientation of new employees and ensure that all formalities related to induction are properly planned and executed. - To develop a performance management and reward system and ensure its implementation, and formulate methods and strategies to improve staff morale by motivating employees, and handle complaints and grievances. - To liaison with branches on all administration and HR related issues, and attend to complains and queries and ensure that these are resolved in a timely manner. - To monitor the administrative concerns of employees with Manager Administration. - To coordinate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Production head in terms of strategic workforce planning - To get involved with Chief Financial Officer in accordance to compensation and benefits, salary structure,resource budgeting and other employee expenses. - Any other HR duties assigned by the senior management. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
