Procurement Executive


Job Description:
  • Responsible for Procurement of ATL and Outdoor Activities
  • Coordinate and follow-up Advertising Agencies and suppliers for getting work done
  • Prepare price analysis of creative, print and digital media
  • Prepare RFP for hiring of PR agencies and Marketing Research Services etc.
  • Acquire Float Activities, Event Management Services, Billboards, Pole Signs, and Bridge Panels etc.
  • Verify TV Channels, Radio, Print rates and other cost related to Media Agencies.
  • Ensure the coordination with the concerned department for purchase request generation in line with proper specification for the purchase of goods.
  • Ensure that bidding process is followed as per the Procurement Policy. Motivate vendor/suppliers for maximum participation taken by them for the tender float in order to get competitive prices & quality goods in line with the Procurement policy.
  • Support negotiation team for the purchases of goods/services as per the Procurement Policy.
  • Explore new vendors and sign Frame Supply Agreements for recurring nature items/services
  • Periodic supplier evaluation in liaison with the respective requesting department for retention of quality supplier and updating supplier database.
  • Support to Legal & requesting department for the new contract establishment through provision of approval documentations. Also support in renewal of the agreements.
