SUN Support Engineer (SUN System Administrator) will be responsible to handle the customer service requests. Give the remote and on site support to customers. Troubleshoot the hardware faults of SUN servers, perform software installation and debugging. Must have very good communication skills and have sharp IQ. May have to travel within country for short business trips. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Skills Required: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| SUN Solaris 8 & 10 expert. SUN certified, Should have very good hands on experience of Hardware, OS & Sybase/Oracle/Veritas. Should be able to troubleshoot SUN workstations, Mini computers, Servers, disk arrays, HA systems hardware faults, firmware upgrades. Should have very good understanding of data networks & IP.
